I am a Training Facilitator and Workforce Development Leader with 12+ years of experience designing and delivering learning experiences that prepare adults for career success in high-demand industries.
"I help professionals successfully transition into new roles and grow in their careers through structured training, real-world preparation, and confidence-building."
I did not start in a corporate L&D department. I started in the room, face to face with adult learners navigating some of the most pivotal transitions of their lives. That experience shaped everything about how I facilitate: I design for the whole person, not just the objective.
From facilitating live cohort-based training at a national workforce nonprofit to preparing pre-health students for high-stakes clinical placements at Furman University, my career has been defined by one constant: meeting participants where they are and moving them forward.
I bring a counseling psychology lens to everything I do, which means I understand how people actually learn, resist, and grow. My sessions are structured and evidence-based, but never rigid. I know how to read a room, re-engage a disengaged participant, and turn a dry training module into a conversation people remember.
Colleagues describe me as warm, grounded, and solution-oriented. Clients share that they feel seen, supported, and invested in. That combination of structure and care is what drives the outcomes in my work.
Certified through the Charleston School of Protocol since 2014. I bring professional presence and business protocol training to workforce development in a way most L&D practitioners cannot. This is a genuine differentiator for legal, healthcare, pharma, and client-facing corporate environments where executive readiness matters.
The following metrics are drawn directly from verified performance reviews and participant outcome data tracked across multiple cohorts at Merit America.
